The letter above explains our 2020 benefits changes. Employee contributions have increased for 2020, and you will see a small increase of 4.5% on medical and 2.2% on dental. As an example, for a Wisconsin employee with single base PPO coverage, this increase is less than $3 per paycheck. These increases are below the average national trend increases being rolled out by many other employers. In addition, we have merged our medical and prescription out-of-pocket maximums and eliminated the prescription deductible to provide a simplified structure with a lower combined maximum exposure. We continue to offer you additional tools to maximize the value of your plan, and customization to choose only what you need for you and your family.
